Green zesty dressing

Ok, I AM going to brag about this dressing I now call Green Zesty Dressing! I had fresh #herbs that I managed to keep #fresh for going on two weeks now thanks to a #sustainable hack that I finally mastered. The fresh #cilantro and #parsley were just waiting for their time to shine! I knew that I was going to make a roasted veg salad for dinner but didn’t have the perfect dressing to go

with. I don’t know about you but I really hate bottled dressings, I’ll use them if need be but ill choose a homemade dressing or #vinaigrette over bottled any day. With fresh herbs on hand and ripe #avocado, I knew I had the makings of a dressing.

This 6 ingredient fresh #dressing is so simple to make and you won’t be disappointed. I added all the ingredients into the food processor, pulsed on high while adding a few tbsp of water until it was the consistency I liked. Taste as you go to add salt if needed. One last unexpected ingredient I added was a small splash of apple cider vinegar at the very end for more acidity.

I had hoped this recipe would turn out #tasty but DANG.... it was amazing, not exaggerating. The flavors are vibrant and fresh, added the perfect touch to my salad. This would also make a great marinade for a protein or even a dip just use less water when pulsing! Enjoy, I hope you like it as much as I do!
